Question Reflectors?

I am just now opening the boxes to install and I do not see the reflectors for the T5's.... When will they be shipped?

Edit: Duhhh.... They're just taking a bit longer than the other items. Sorry for my impatience They're on their way! Scheduled delivery is tomorrow!

Re: Icecap T5 48" Retro kit

Hey no problem. Aren't we all impatient when it comes to our tanks
Do me a favor though in the future if anyone has a question about their order or a problem email us directly. You will get a much faster response! Starting soon we will also have a direct phone# to our office for any order status/problems. If I could get the phone company to ever do it already!

Confused...

Looking at the wiring for my Icecap 430 ballast..... How am I supposed to connect the three wires into the 4 pronged plug wires in the Icecap? (the other end of the ballast has a larger plug that the bulb wires plug into) Am I missing a small plastic plug?

Re: Icecap T5 48" Retro kit

the plug needs to be spliced to the cable with the socket wires... green to green, black to black, and white to white... no need for the 4 prong thingy..
