Seems like long time in the making. Just couple questions though. I am wondering what would be best type of filtration for this tank. I have been told two different kinds and was wondering what anybody else thought. aqua c remora skimmer or aquaclear power filter. If I get the aquaclear filter how imperative is it that I get the skimmer. I am very dilegent on weekly water changes so that will not be a question. I also plan on having a small amount of live rock and live sand in the tank to.

Hi guys, I'm looking to buy 2 pairs of pipefish for my son for christmas. One of those "Look at what my mom bought me, she feeds it and takes care of it and does everything for it, but it's mine" kinda pets. I know that he really likes the dragon face, but I think it'll get too big for my liking. I know we definately want something colorful, but not sure of anyhting else.
We would really like to ear from anyone that has had experience w/ pipes, and if there are species taht can go together. I'm looking for something smaller. Copepods aren't a problem, I collect weekly. Also looking for a good vendor.
Thanks guys,
beach and her babies.

after seeing a few articles these seem that it would make feeding them easier and cleaner. But I can not find them for sale on the web. I know many people use varies items but the pre-made ones with the long tube seems it would work better for my needs. Does nayone know where these can be purchased?

I have four Ingen seahorses that are about 4 months old. They have been doing great and all are eating but I noticed today that one of them is doing a lot of jerking while hitched. He's moving around the tank and seems to be eating okay. Water tests are all okay. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

I have a couple seahorses that will eay frozen mysis. But what happens if I have to go out of town for 2-5 days? Is there a device that will feed them? It seems that someone would have designed something for that.

im setting up a 60g tank that i am looking to put seahorses in. i was woundering about the best setup i could have for the seahorses. would it be better to use a canister filter or set up a refugum. and i was planning on maybe some coral and live rock in the tank. lighting i was going to go with a t5 light or maybe a mh light. any comments are greatly appreciated.
