Finally Got a Bigger Tank! Need Suggestions.

I was planning on filling the tank with new water and cycling it first, is that not the way to go? Am I making it to difficult on myself? If I add it all at once will there be a nitrogen cycle or will it be ok?

Just picked up an additional 30lbs of cured Fiji Live Rock for the Tank put it in one of my 28gs awaiting setup of the 90g.

My reefer buddy gave me a Coralife 65w PC 30" Light Fixture with a 50/50 bulb for free! Cant pass up free. That brings the total wattage to 325 PC Watts and 3.6 watts per gallon.

Got water in it and its running, still unsure if I want to "combine" all at once or let tank cycle first?
