125 lighting questions, what do you use?

Hi folks,
I'll be setting up a 125 soon. I'm looking for suggestions on lighting. This 125 is 6 feet long. I am thinking about going with T5s. I was considering 2 sets of lights, one on left and one on right, maybe 4 or 5 bulbs each. It was suggested I go with one set of lights, 5 feet long. I'm probably not going to use MH because of the costs of equipment and electricity.

If you have a 125 and use T5, please tell me what you use and what you think of it. Would you have gone a different route? Shorter bulbs/fixture? Or Longer?
Even if you don't have a 125, let me know what you think please.

I am setting up a 110g and I bought a 2x150mh with 2x96w PC's. I would like to go with T5's some day but I couldnt pass up the price on my current fixture. How tall is your tank? Mine is 31" tall, so I want to research T5's on a deep tank a little more. IMO, you should look into a T5 fixture.

Oh, I also wanted to add that if you look into T5's, make sure the fixture has individual reflectors like the Nova Extreme SLR. You will get way more bang for your money.

I have a 125 and I use the Aquactinics Constellation 6' long. It has 2 sets of 7 individually reflected bulbs (essentially 2 light fixtures side by side like you mentioned, only in one case), on 3 switches so you can turn the fixture on gradually. On the home page here, the photo of the month is actually of that fixture. I've been very happy with it.
