| Yes that's me. | Setting up a biocube 14 as an add on frag tank So I'm considering modifying the 14 gal biocube i bought off of Bigjay as an add on frag tank to my 40 gal system. The set up is pretty much the perfect set up for a ZOA frag system. Jay was nice enough to upgrade the lighting in the cube with the nanotuners PC upgrade. and if that isn't enough light i will just buy an additional LED Hqi and have a hood made for it. my question to you guys is how would i plumb the water to and from the biocube to my sump? my first thought is to Drill two holes in the back of the tank. One in chamber 2 that will drain the water in to my sump and one in chamber 3 that is the return in to the "display" area of the biocube. I have some room to spare in my sump to account for over flow if the power should stop. this would also allow me to save a few bucks and not have to devise a sump set up for the cube. From a cost stand point I would only have to buy a return pump, a few bulk head fittings, and some vinyl tubing. anyway, i'd love to hear some thoughts on my idea from everyone.
