eshoppes OverFlowbox Problem

Well 3 weeks ago i got a Eshoppes oveflow box and it looks like this (Reef Aquarium Filtration: Eshopps Overflow Boxes) (i can provide pictures of a close shot of MINE if needed) but i can find the right plumbing on it. PVC dosent fit and nothing else fits i am so confued with this box any one with this kind of Ovrflow box know how to work with this?

That looks like a hose-barb fitting. You need to use 1-1.5" vinyl tubing for that bulkhead depending on its diameter. Or, if the bulkhead is removable, you can change it to one that is threaded to convert to PVC.

I can't tell much from the pics, and their site sux, but it LOOKS like what sticks out the bottom is a standard bulkhead fitting, in which case, the PVC would glue (or thread) into the inside of the piece, not on the outside.
Why not contact them for more information?
