What Pump?!?!

hey guy (and gals) i have a question, how do i know what pump to use in my refuge?? i've been trying to find a solid answer with no success..

How big is your fuge? you want to come up with a slow (but not stagnant) flow through the fuge.

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...(-NO3=WC%)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

I'm running a Maxi-jet 400 through mine and LOVE it! That or it's a 600... I know it's not a MJ900.
