| Angel Girl's Daddy ![]() | Re: Buying protien skimmer...help What size tank do you have? Trust me when i say, be wise about the hobby your getting into. If $200 dollars is a stretch for you, you might not be ready for a reef. I say this with love. It really stinks when people get into reef aquariums and find out many dollars later they can't afford it. Welcome to RS!

| Harlequin Tuskfish | Re: Buying protien skimmer...help The turbofloater is a decent skimmer for a reasonable price. Im thinking ASM has one around 230 or so. I would just check buy/sale forums on this site and a few other sites. Might run across a steal.

| Torch coral | Re: Buying protien skimmer...help What about the aqua c's? Are they under $200? Do an online search for aqua c remora and then when you get to their page you ca select an in sump version.
