outer orbits light

for x-mas one of my presents for my wife was a outer orbits light for my 125 unfortunatly im still saving up to get it set up so i havent got to be able to use the light yet. my question is does anyone use this type of light? and if so how do you guys like them. i have the 72" with 3 150 watt hqi with 4 96 watt power compacts with 8 moon lights. thanks for the info im dreaming of the day of firing that thing up

I'm running that light (48" version) on my 90g and LOVE it! I will probably get different bulbs when it's time to change but thus far I love it. I give it 2 thumbs up

thanks for the input bigal i was just wondering how good it was going to be its hard to let it just sit in the box and not be able to use it yet

I agree with Al. It's a great light. When it came time to change the MH bulbs, I bought 14000 k bulbs and I really like them. I posted comparisions pics in my chronicle. They are somewhere in the last few pages.

I am running the 36" version on my 70 and I also love them. Like the others, I plan on swapping the bulbs, but the fixture is great.

The only complaint from me is that replacing the bulbs could have been easier. Light works great and no real problems after 2 years.
