Skimmer help

I bought a BAKPAK skimmer a little bit ago and it was used. The problem I am having is that it is not producing skinmate, umm yummy stuff. Anyway, I have a maxijet 1200 attached to it and it has been running since last weekend. No the only thing I can think might be causing this is that with the maxijet I can use the air venturi without som mods, not a problem and I will do them today if you guys think this might be the problem. Jack I know you said you have 2 BAKPAK's so maybe you can help me out with suggestions. I was thinking of taking the tube that attaches to the MJ that accepts the venturi and epoxing it into the additional intake that I have so I can use it, do you think that will help?

the air venturi is the key. That is all I use on them they generate skimmate really think nasty stuff
