| Tunicate | which return pump? I am setting up a 220 gallon FOWLR. The sump is 40 gallons directly below the tank. The tank is drilled with two corner overflows. I have the plumbing set up with one inch line going from the sump back to each corner overflow. The total distance that the water must travel back to the tank is about 8 feet both direction. What brand of pump and what size pump do I need? Thanks. |

| Pistol Shrimp | Re: which return pump? I agree with AQTCJAK with the 8 ft of head loss the Mag 36 (3600gph) will definitely work and give you a nice turnover rate aswell.
