| Harlequin Tuskfish | Metal Halides for sale. I posted this in someone elses thread by mistake. Should I buy these? He wants $175 which is cheap. Dual ballast 250 W metal halide 2 X mounted in spider reflectors dual ballast 55w power compact The seller says I got them from an outfit called Harbor Aquatics in Gary / Valpo IND about 6 years ago. When I took down the tank 3 years ago the bulbs were 4 mos old. But since they've been out of use for so long I would get new bulbs. There is no glass. The bulb fixture is mounted to a spider reflector. There is no frame for this. It was mounted in a fish room. The power compacts are mounted in an area that is made for flourescent use. See the lights under the LIGHTING post Lighting |

| Tiger Shark | Re: Metal Halides for sale. I would ask if the ballasts are magnetic or electronic as I stated before magnetics are expesive to operate
