| Torch coral | Tunze 6025 - Will it hold up to a wavemaker? Just wondering if the Tunze Nanostream 6025 can hold up to a wavemaker and survive. Thanks in advance.

| Reef Shark ![]() | Re: Tunze 6025 - Will it hold up to a wavemaker? I just went to the Tunze forum on RC and looked. It appears neither the 6025 nor the 6045 are wavemaker compatible. Once it comes out (if it isn't already) the 6055 should be.

| Harlequin Tuskfish | Re: Tunze 6025 - Will it hold up to a wavemaker? You can install a simple stopper to make them wavemaker compatible, however. I don't know if you've run across the "tunze nano mod" thread on RC, but its definitely worth a look if you're looking into getting one. They successfully modded a 6025 to 1200 gph that worked on a wavemaker, and DIDN'T VOID THE WARRANTY. Pretty sweet deal, I did the simple modification and boosted the flow pretty tremendously from my 6025.
