| Tubeworm | Possible Lighting Option.. Hey folks, I am looking to build myself a canopy for my 20 gallon and was considering using the following for ballast/endcaps for my fluorescent lights. They are very reasonable in price (60-70$) and seem simple and easy. Exoterra products - Light Units Thoughts? Steve |

| Golden Moray | Re: Possible Lighting Option.. I wouldn't go that route. You would be much better off looking for a PC lighting set up. I doubt that you'd pay much more and you would get lighting suitable for a marine aquarium. I purchased a used Current Orbit 30" fixture for $70 and then bought two new tubes for it. Total cost was less than $100 and it works perfectly (even has 2 moonlights). Don't skrimp when it comes to equipment. You'll be sorry you did. |
