Return Flow Help!

I recently bought a megaflow sump filter. My tank is not predrilled and i have to use an overflow box. With this in mind i was wondering what i should use for the return line. I already have a pump, but i dont know how i should configure the return line back to the tank. Does anyone have any pointers on what i should buy, or hook up to the pump to create a good return line. I was wondering if a custom flow system can be hooked up to the pump in the sump to create a custom return line. Can anyone help me?

Instead of typing for an hour.... call aquamartonline they'll tell ya and are always helpfull especially if you get a guy named stockhus
