Re: Snelly's 90g Reef-O-Rama

It's about time you updated this thread

Everything looks happy and healthy!

But the carpet looks bleached so make sure it is getting good light (I know you have MH ) and regular feedings. If you do not make your own homemade mush, get a frozen package of fish food from your LFS and feed it chopped pieces. You can use any type (not brine shrimp) that they have and remember that a variety is always best.
Get some VitaChem and put a few drops on the thawed food a few minutes before feeding it.

I can not recommend the A. polymnus clowns with a carpet anemone. The pair I added, IMO, killed my long time blue one when they constantly went in/out of its mouth. Just about ANY type of clown will host in that carpet

Re: Snelly's 90g Reef-O-Rama

thanks for the info woodstock, i wil check out that food, i feed it krill or silversides twice a week. When i bought it from Dr fosters and smith they said it was a neon carpet and this is the color it came as. As far as the clowns in it, they really are not that rough on it which is nice, i was a little worried too after hearing abour yours
