API Alk test

I lost my instruction sheet for the alk test and can't rember what it's all about. I only tested 2-3 times and now that im dripping kalk i better get a check on. I e-maild api a few weeks ago but got no response.

I could not come up with an on-line copy so I'm asking if anyone else is using this kit? Help a fellow reefer out? Looking for basic how-to and some general color parameters....

I use Aquarium Pharmacueticals liquid test kit. Is that what your API is?

Slowly drop the liquid into 5ml of tank water, capping and shaking the test vial after each drop. Count the drops as you go. When the water turns yellow, the number of drops used is your #dKH of alkalinity.
