No... It's the continuous flow model.

I'm currently running a Tunze Stream 6060 continuously, and the Nano Stream will augment the continuous flow. I run two Maxi-jet 1200's on alternating cycles controlled by a Reef-keeper II for random flow.

Re: Tunze Nano Stream

I saw one of these nano streams last sunday, in person and they are a very cool looking, unobtrusive, piece of equipment. I was shocked at how much flow they put out for such a small pump. Definitely worth the price and the price may be the best part.

You know something booze... I was just about to purchase the mod kit for my 1200's when I saw the nanostream. The mods are not cheap... $60 bucks a piece not including shipping.

I think Tunze has hit a homerun with the pricing on the nanostreams... I'll let you know how they perform

Jay,

We will finally be one of a handful of Tunze dealers to get the 6045's next week. I have you down for one and you will be one of the first to receive them
Thank you for your patience and your order is much appreciated.

Re: Tunze Nano Stream

I was so very tempted to get a couple but because I invested $70.00 on the magnet holders for my Seios I decided to wait. They are no doubt very cool, saw them at my LFS and was impressed. One thing I didn't notice is do they have the same wide-flow pattern that the regular Tunze streams have ?

Re: Tunze Nano Stream

Got my 6045 delivered this past Saturday. It's run flawlessly so far... hard to tell it's even working... it's so smooth.

Cheeks had mentioned

I also run the 6060 stream and all I can say the flow pattern is very similar to it's bigger brother... just not as strong. Great for SPS... running it right by some Acros and their polyps are fully extended. Seems they love the flow
