does 660 come with endcaps, harness and heatsink. also whats the age

Actinic Bulbs - sold

IceCap 660 Ballast comes with the Heatsink

All basic equipment is 3yrs old

Skimmer shows fracturing around drain hole

otherwise equipment is in almost new condition
