Anyone with 20-24inch MH?

Anyone have some nice 20-24inch Metal Halides for under $200? Or a clamp that is suitable for my 24 inch?

Sorry, but mount on tank style only (I guess that eliminates the pendants?)

It does elemintae the pendants unless you cuold build a stand to hang over the tank You could then mout the pendant to that.

Re: Anyone with 20-24inch MH?

I have two of the Current Sunpods. They are nice but the size you would need is over 200 dollars. Ive been looking around for you and the clamp light is looking pretty good.

Re: Anyone with 20-24inch MH?

Both of mine are on my tanks. One is 30 inches and the other is 20. I am in the process of taking down my 24g, and moving everything into a 34. I wish that this light was big enough for you. I dont need anymore stuff to fill up storage.
This is the cheapest ive found it.

eBay, my friend!!!!! Got my sunpod, the 20" 150w version, for $180, it was a demo model used for a month. Replaced the main bulb and good to go!!!

It does get pretty hot though.

Re: Anyone with 20-24inch MH?

I dont know about the brand. But you would fry your tank with that system. It has a 250 watt MH and 2 65w PC. Allot of light. I would look for a 150w MH. The 250s put off alot more heat than the 150s. And that would just be too much light.

jdp over on nano-reef has a couple of vipers for just over $100 each shipped. They are 70wt but with both it would make for great lighting a 24".
