Hamilton 250w HQI Pendants FS

I have a pair of slightly used hamilton 250w HQI pendants (reefsun) and a dual ballast for sale. I bought these used from a member of reef central in the beginning of the year and since then my reef tank has been put on hold. They come with bulbs, i think the bulbs are phoenix 14k, but not sure. If you're interested let me know and i can send pics. I'd like to get at least $350 obo, plus shipping. Lights are located in my office in NYC, and are still packed in the fedex boxes i received them in.

so you're talkin 500watts total? would you sell one? what else would i need to get them up and running?

The ballast is a dual ballast in one enclosure, so i would need to sell the whole set. the pendants are small rectangles with the hammerd aluminum refelctors and glass shields. Tomorrow i can send you some pics if you;re interested
To get them running You would only need to clean them up (i bought them used and never took them home), hang them, and plug them in. the bulbs should be good for a few months, i dont recall how much time the previous owner had on them, but it wasnt much, a few months mabye.
If you look up the units on hamilton's site you can see the reefstars sell now for the sale price of $289 EACH, normally 349. even though these are used, its a good deal...you could break up the ballast and sell one set to recoup most of your costs pretty easily...

Bob you were here first, but, i would like to sell them as sson as possible. If blue eyes doesnt take them then they're all yours, feel free to keep in touch about them...I have them posted on 2 other reef boards as well, but so far only one other has posed some interest.
