Unhappy Selling my reef on eBay -

Well, due to recent events, im pretty much forced into selling the reef. Ive pondered in the past about selling corals off while moving it but it never worked out. Now I have to sell the whole system simply because I need money for fines. I have it posted on eBay if anyone here is interested. Thanks.

Ohio is to far for me to go.
Sorry that you need to get rid of it.
If no takers PM me so I can look at the skimmer and such.
Also try the auction area at www.3reef.com

Did you sell it? Because I would buy it if you haven't sold it yet.

Re: Selling my reef on eBay -

Hey that was bad news way back then but time for some good news! I recently purchased a 120 gallon with all the trimmings from a guy with the tank already established. Being the hardcore reefer I am, I tore the tank down, spent another 1500.00 on things I thought would make the tanke better and now, 2 months after the purchase, I am 2 weeks from setting up the new 120 gallon. The specs are as follows.
120 All-glass twin flo (couldnt afford a new mega-flow)
20 gallon sump #1
32 gallon bin for refugium #2
RS180 Euro reef skimmer
2 x 250 Watt MH 14,000k
3 Actinic blue T5 and 1 10,000k white T5 buy UV (formerly URI) lamps with 660 ballast
140 lbs misx fiji and tonga live rock
120 lbs live sand
using ESV B-Ionic for calcium alk buffer.
So hey, im back in it!

Re: Selling my reef on eBay -

It was unbelievable how much I missed it. Plus now I have a different Girlfriend that lives with me now and Ive gotten her into it as well. The first fish we buy will be an orchid dottyback at her request! Its always easier to justify 600.00 in rock when your significant other likes it too! w00t!
Also tonight when I get home, im going to post some pics of the setup and how its all coming along. In the meantime, ill post some pics of the 20 gallon I have setup to keep the remaining fish and corals I got from the purchase.
