Cheap but used, I have that model & like it very much. I can't say much about buying used stuff on e-bay though, JMO!

Awesome skimmers for up to 250 gallons. Aqua Medic sells rebuilt skimmer bodies for $50 not including shipping. The recommended pump, an Ocean Runner 2500 with needle wheel will run you $70. At $60 it's a great price for what you get as long as it works. They sell new from retaliers at around $190 - $200.
