Ocean Runner 2500 Pump for Sale

I just recently purchased an Ocean Runner 2500 pump with the pinwheel for the production of tiny micro bubbles for my Turbofloater 1000 Multi skimmer. It's 630 GPH rating is too much flow for that skimmer as it was designed for the Turbofloater 1000 in sump model. It has a maximum head of 2.6 meters and draws 38 watts.

I have only used the pump to test it and it has less than 30 minutes of operation time. It would be perfect for any in sump skimmer that has that kind of flow capacity or as a circulation pump in a sump or closed loop system.

The cost new was $69 and did not include shipping. I will sell for $50 plus shipping. Here are pictures of the pump:

It can run external but I highly recommend not because of the way it can come apart by a half twist of the outlet cover.

Craig, that pump is Not for Flow, it recalculates the water supplied externally into the sump via small PH or return pump with a valve to adjust the flow rate. The pump only churns up the water with air, then pushes it back into the skimmer body, the body on the hang on it the exact same size, just plumed differently. $60 bucks and you can get it from Aqua Medic if you call Barry, he will help you get it running proper, you are having the same problems I had when trying to convert the original AquaBee pump to the OR2500, later I went all out to the sump model which is awesome. HOLA!

Barry Torkington and Mike Tate are sending me the new PH2500 which is specifically designed for the Turbofloater 1000 Multi. It is the replacement for the AquaBee. Their cost and no shipping which is waesome!

Scooterman,

The information on the siute lists them as circulation pumps. I'm not disputing you, just curious why. I'm sure you're thrilled with your OR2500 and if I had enough room in my sump, I would have gotten the in-sump skimmer and kept the pump.

AHH, Good deal!

Why, because the OR2700 is the OR2500 but with the needel wheel. The OR2700 comes with a kit of fittings for the skimmer in particular, they fail to mention that, reason I know this is because I returned the OR2500 which has the impeller for the OR2700!

It's all good man!
