| Fire Coral | 36" Dual Satellite 2x96 watt SunPaq with Lunar Light I paid $167 each for these. I am masking $140 each because my husband is basically having a cow over me ordering the "wrong" lights to begin with. Here is a link to exactly what I bought https://www82.safesecureweb.com/webaquatics/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=CU01015&Cate gory_Code=CSCFLL Here is a link to the replacement bulbs for these fixtures: http://www.aquariumpros.com/p-CUR2044,LPpl.html I have 2 of these lights for sale. I have had them listed on ebay but have not sold them yet. I used them for only one week and under much confusion and stress by my lfs I ordered the MH he told me would support the corals/inverts. that I wanted in my tank. | Tunicate | Re: 36" Dual Satellite 2x96 watt SunPaq with Lunar Light I may be interested in one of your lights. I need to purchase lights in the near future but am unsure what to buy. You mentioned that they were the wrong lights for your set up. I have a 46 gal tank that is about 18" deep. Do you think these lights would support soft corals in a tank such as this? Thanks, Blind Squirrel ![]() |

| Fire Coral | Re: 36" Dual Satellite 2x96 watt SunPaq with Lunar Light Yes I do think they would be sufficient. Please feel free to reconfirm this as I am NOT an expert on lighting, obviously. From what I read it is 3 to 5 watts of lighting per gallon. SO at 2 x 96 watts per light you would be within the range at 4 watts plus per gallon. I want to keep soft and hard corals in my 125 gallon. I need metal halides to support that. Where so you live? - Driving distance Let me know. Thanks for your interest. Charlene Rushton
