Won't know until the final unit is together.. I have specifications on the LED's I'm using, but I won't really have a real true Idea until I build and test I will let you know asap, and my tank will be the guinea pig for the system!

Thanks Al! I'm hoping I can keep it pretty true to the concept... I was being realistic when designing it... didn't want to design anything that I knew would need to be outsourced for machining etc.. etc.. but still looked good I though the name worked... dedicated to the RS family that helped spark it

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

How did your small "model" perform against your predictions and estimations? I would think the larger unit would perform similar to that one but on a larger scale.

Being realistic was probably hard. I'm sure you had TONS of ideas you wanted to implement (which may or may not have worked) but keeping it "Real" will keep costs down and make the project more viable. Start "Real" and once you get that working then you can add some bells & whistles if you want to. Stay grounded and it will happen. Good work buddy. VERY good work.
