You will need:
Nori,
Silversides,
Squid,
Cylopeeze,
Caplin Roe (masago at the asain merchantile),
Garlic cloves,
DT's or phytofeast.
A blender.

Grind up the squid in a blender using phytofeast to thin the mixture out to a delicious paste. Remove the skeletal thingy from the squid first.

This is caplan roe. Also sold as masago. Delicious by itself also.

Chop the frozen silversides up to the size of grains of rice and smaller.
I've done it frozen and thawed. I think frozen is easier with a big sharp knife to just take small slices off the brick of silversides.
