Very cool! karma to you~ Thanks for great pics and details I have never rolled the ingredients like sushi; I blend it all into one mush and then freeze into thin ziploc sheets.

Something tells me that you can make human sushi well also

LOL Hey whatever works for you.
I just put all the goodies in the blender and make a mush that I freeze in little ice cubes. Then I spend the extra time staring at the tank. There is never enough time to do that.
