Thanks Bill, so I guess our project is complete then! darn acrylic edges are sharp by the way!!! at least he was nice enough to get me a band aid.

I'm totally stoked with this thing!
What did you use to make the cuts with?
I purchased a 200tooth blade for my table saw. It said it was for plywood, plastic and thin materials but I'm not happy with the results. It was cheap...there you go.

i used a 80 tooth plywood blade... but used a palm sander (Lightly) to clean it up... We built the stand tonight... I gotta take pictures still... I will have this puppy plumbed during the weekend, stay tuned!
