| Star Polyps | Scooterman, I was also skeptical about this. the first pics I saw of this they used an adaptor instead of a coupler at the end (output) of the eductor. I though this would add some resistance to the flow so thats why I went with a coupler instead. the next morning after I put the eductor on there was a large indent in the sand bed in front of the eductor so yes, I noticed a big difference. I also put my hand in front of the output of the eductor and then took the eductor off and put my hand in front of the output w/o the eductor and I noticed a big difference. I can't see any reason why this would be a bad idea.

| Star Polyps | Wooddude, yes, this is the one that will be gravity fed. I hope it works. Here's a hand drawing of the brkt. It's not up to troy's cadcam drawings but I think you'll get the picture. The gap the goes over the tank wall is 1" but that dimension will change with the size of the tank. this one will go over a 40g breader.

| Star Polyps | Wow! I didn't realize how lousy that pic was if anyone needs a better pic let me know. I guess I'm going to have to learn how to use that cadcam program Troy sent me. ![]()
