calculating head pressure

Planning a basement sump for two tanks on first floor. How do I calculate head pressure if I am going to have two returns off one pump going different places and splitting into two returns at each tank? One tank will be directly above sump and one is across the room about 12 feet. I would like to try one strong pump looking to get 7-800 gph in each tank.
