| Sunshine Reefer ![]() | Re: ok want to frag these polyps..little help Sorry, I don't have enough to frag so no help there. I did want to remind you that the polyps are very toxic. Be sure to wear gloves and eye protection whenever working with them.

| Reef Lobster | Re: ok want to frag these polyps..little help Lynn's right about them being toxic, be careful! If you have a lot of them, snip one near the base. Lay it on it's side when you glue it to the rock. It won't stick on the end you cut, too slimey. Don't be surprised, if the nub grows a new polyp. ![]() |

| Reef Lobster | Re: ok want to frag these polyps..little help Pesky yellow polyps. Kinda weird but when I added my tuxedo uchin, he ate all but two of them. He'd eat those too but they are hiding in a hole he can't get to. I never tried to remove them manually but if they are like most of the other stuff in the tank, get the whole thing of the rock or they will grow back.

| Reef Lobster | Re: ok want to frag these polyps..little help Yeah, but hey! You do have those really cool Olive Garden mints handy! ![]() Go the the hobby store and get some CA gel. You will have better luck working with it than that thin stuff you got there. Nice first attempt though! Sometimes you just gotta get in there and do it to it! |

| Reef Lobster | Re: ok want to frag these polyps..little help hahaha yeah we went to olive garden last night CA gel does that work underwater? it wasn't to bad but yeah i figured i was sick of those yellow polyps and the only reason why i kept that rock was for the white buttons so if they died they died i wasn't gonna get more at the LFS for them

| Elegance coral | Re: ok want to frag these polyps..little help Heck... I buy my super glue gel at the dollar store. 2 for a buck. ![]() The package says that it's "The Original Super Glue Corporation". Works like a charm for me.
