First fragging

Fraged my first mushroom and zoas yesterday.

had to make a decision, loose my favorite zoa's completely to a spiny urchin or take what was left. So i cut 4 of the mat and put them in a shot glass, with rubble atm. Since I was their I took a mushroom of a rock and sliced it down the middle.

I think the blender method would be fun to try some time.

When in doubt... wait it out. This means take it slow and let the tank "develop" and don't rush it. Time is your friend

Re: First fragging

It would be much quicker to use super glue gel on the zoas. The mushrooms usually don't glue very well.

Re: First fragging

I took a piece of the rock off as well with the blade i was using) for the zoa's. Once the nano cube is completely cycled, the urchin will be moved)

And i can do some remodeling and glueing. I am also going to finish putting an egg crate shelf on back wall) so i can have more room for my frags.
