whats the best stuff to feed your corals?

Whats the best, For speed of growth of zoo's and other corals? What do you feed yours? Let me know!!

Depends on the type of coral and its polyp size. I feed my zoas thawed cyclopeeze and liquified homemade mush.

i uses golden pearls w good results on my sps.

Frozen cyclopeze and zooplankton are what get the best results here. I rotate through a variety so hard to tell what gets the best growth, but those 2 get the best reaction from the corals.
