| Golden Moray ![]() | Re: ID please... pink, purple with green thing. Is it encrusting the rock, or a separate piece? Looks like a Favites sp. ("Moon Coral"). Do you have a picture of the coral from further away (so we can see the whole thing)? Nice colors!

| Angel Girl's Daddy ![]() | Re: ID please... pink, purple with green thing. I only know it as a moon coral. Not easy to keep. It dose well on the bottom of the tank in a lower lite area if im not mistaken. I'd feed it with direct target doses. I was happy with Marine Snow by Kent for that purpose but it wasn't cheap. Good luck! |

| They misunderestimated me ![]() | Re: ID please... pink, purple with green thing. Perhaps a picture closer up of the corallite and maybe with the flesh sucked in a bit to help bring out the skeletal detail. Or if there are any dead polyps on there, take a pic of those too.

| Tunicate | It looks as if you have, and it's difficlut to see from the pic, but it looks more like a Cynarina, but could be a Blastomussa Welsi. The bottome pic also resembles a Blasto Welsi. But it's difficult for me to determine because I can't seem them up close. I'll tell you what, just go ahead and ship them to me, and I'll tell you what they are when they get here! |
