Giant orange sun polyps

Never seen these before. They claim first time in the US. What do you guys think????

They look awesome, and I want some as well. but.....for $125 per polyp!! plus shipping.... I'd rather just go buy like 3 or 4 colonies of the regular ones.

I would have to see them in person. They do look nice though. I have never seen a Giant Sun Polyp.

These are basically "the next big thing," sorta like the acan craze. You'll see more of them soon, they're basically big sun polyps. You'll hear more about them as Dendrophyllia. They are rare, but this is definitely not the only colony. A couple of local guys have them here in San Diego, and I know of one LFS in Irvine that had them for sale. Right now they're selling for about $100 per polyp.
