Can you ID this fish?

Hey gang, I was on another site today and someone was wanting some help in trying to ID this fish:

Some thought it was a helfrichi firefish, some thought it might be a wrasse. I think it looks more like a jawfish. What do you jawfish experts think?

I don't think it is a helfrichi but I've not seen anything like it.
Gorgeous fish.
I wish we could see the face more clearly.

not the firefish. from the way the head looks i would say its a type of jawfish

It is hard to tell from the pic what the body shape is, but the big red eyes are similar.

The bottom fin and large red eyes are what makes me think that it is not a Jawfish.

From what I have so far it may be a Bandfishes, a fish of the Family: Cepolidae
