Live Rock Rubble will do the SAME thing as Bio-Balls and is NOT a suitable replacement for BIO-BALLS in a Reef System! It's ALL gotta go!!

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!

Re: Bluespot Jawfish - Diver's Den

My LFS has one about 2 inches long, amazing looking little guy with tons of personality. They want $130 for him, I really wanna grab him up but my 240's only been up an running for a month now, bout to break down my 46g bowfront and part it out and then i'd like to get a pair of BSJF's!

That one is still on the Diver's Den by the way, unless they updated and added another one....

Re: Bluespot Jawfish - Diver's Den

Jeffery, the link you posted is for Live Aquaria. There aren't any on Diver's Den right now.

Diver's Den is WYSIWYG and ships from the WI facility after a 30-day quarantine process. For me, that is a major plus!

Live Aquaria is the regular facility ships from CA.

Both offer a 14-day guarantee.

Re: Bluespot Jawfish - Diver's Den

They have them on DD from time to time, but they go fast. I like DD also because you can see the actual fish.
