Re: The Bluespot Club

ok he's in...he went to the back of the tank under the rock to the left of the overflow in my 90....i can barely see him i hope he makes a burrow in the front of the tank...anyway lights off for 3 days and the tank is getting completely covered for no stress. Also im retrofitting some gutter guard for the jumpers making sure he dont go over the top...ill post pics later today i need to get some sleep

Re: The Bluespot Club

The gutter guard is a very good idea GSELLERS. Believe me, I know from first-hand experience!. I've had to rescue Digger a couple of times after he went "chamber" diving in the back of the tank!

On another note, Digger seems to be doing alright. He didn't come out as much last night. His 2 main burrows were completely closed up. And he didn't want to eat, he just spit everything back out. Although he did go up to the turkey baster as usual, so maybe he's not scared by it.

Re: The Bluespot Club

ok last night he made a burrow...he's doing ok and he's very mello. The gutter guard will go on today. He just chose a bad area to make his burrow. I cant see him but only in a tiny spot i have to contort myself to the side of the tank stepping over my kalkreactor to see him pics in a few

He will come out more when he is more comfortable.

Re: The Bluespot Club

It is rare that they will stay in the same burrow. At the beginning, they will make several burrows. As they get more comfortable, they will stay in the same spot for long periods of time.

Digger has no less than 4 burrows in my 29 gallon tank! He uses them all!

Sunshine has a regular network. At least 6 openings that are all connected. She goes in one place and appears another.
