| Over Achiever | Re: The Bluespot Club Barb, I added my first BS 4.5 months after I set up my tank. She did very well and at one time was the longest living BS in the Club. Unfortunately, I left the jump guard a skew and she jumped out. Do not underestimate the size of a gap they can get through! |

| Madame Klanganator | Re: The Bluespot Club I have noticed the small amount of space they can get through. It's amazing, and it's also NOTED! Thanks!

| Sunshine Reefer ![]() | Re: The Bluespot Club It seems that once they live in captivity for a few months then the biggest danger is them jumping out.

| Over Achiever | Re: The Bluespot Club Stephan, that is great news! Varga, they don't have the best track record for acclimating to captivity and they have gotten a bad rap from these boards. If you get a healthy one from the get go, then keeping them in captivity is a breeze. Like Lynn said, it just becomes a matter of keeping them in the tank. |

| Plate Coral | Re: The Bluespot Club Alright, I've decided to try again. My first Bluespot didn't make it, quite possibly a freak bristle worm accident. Since then, I went on a bristle worm removing rampage just to be sure it doesn't happen again. In any case, two weeks ago I got a call from my LFS letting me know that they had a few in stock. I rushed down after work and chose the best looking one. My wife really liked the name Bubbles from the first one so this new little guys is Bubbles #2 but we'll just call him bubbles for short. He first took over a large barnacle decoration that my yellow watchman had been using as his home/cave. Then Bubbles made a few half-hearted burrows. He finally made an awesome burrow right in the front corner of the tank. He was in there for about a week, constantly improving and enlarging it. Just two days ago he moved out of it and had been just swimming around like he was homeless. Today i came home and he's now back in one of the large barnacle decorations just one hole over from the Yellow Watchman Goby. It's like a little fish apartment. So without further ado, heeeeeers Bubbles!
