| Ricordea | Re: The Bluespot Club Thanks Scott! WOW! You're fast, just noticed on the first page you already changed it! BTW, What an exciting game last night. Went to overtime before Kansas pulled it out. Although I was kinda rootin' for Memphis, mainly because they hadn't won one before. |

| Watch this Ma! | Re: The Bluespot Club I have a question for the BSJF experts. I have the 450 cycled, a deep sand bed on one side of the tank, and I'll have it running through the sump/fuge this weekend. I'm tentatively planning on moving everything from the 120g reef into the 450 a week from Saturday. Would now be the best time to add a BSJF to this tank? That way it could get nice and cozy before any of the fish from upstairs move down to the new tank. The problem is, all the rock, coral, fish, and CUC from upstairs would be moved down after the BSJF has kind of established itself. I'm wondered about the recommended order of adding a BSJF to the 450. There really isn't any rush in moving the 120 contents down. I'll also be adding more sand and rock to the tank in about 5-6 weeks after it cycles in other tanks.

| Watch this Ma! | Re: The Bluespot Club Ok, thanks Lorraine. I was figuring on moving everything from the 120 and aquascaping the left side of the tank. Everything from the 120 would be placed on the solid base that I had built from the 150 lbs of LR that is freshly cycled. All 300 lbs of the new LR that should be here Friday will be aquascaped on the right side which is BB at the moment.

| Sea Pen | Re: The Bluespot Club Sooooooooo....about a week ago spot was nowhere to be found. checked the overflows but I said there is no way he could go into the overflows, just not a chance, and didnt' see him on either overflows. then I checked around the tank under the cabinet and just all the nooks imaginable around the tank with no luck. then I grabbed a flashlight and started looking around the tank under the crevices, behind the rock and everywhere and still no sign of him. then I told myself that spot is a dry fish somewhere and stopped looking. today as I was changing my phosban reactor media, I noticed something moving in my sump(the sump is located behind the tank on the floor, not under the stand) and started inverstigating. then BAM! right inbetween the baffles of my sump is Spot healthy and Fat as ever. I found SPOT after almost 2 weeks of being MIA. He's now back in the DT but he went straight to the back right corner and hoping that he will start digging in front of the tank by morning.

| Sunshine Reefer ![]() | Re: The Bluespot Club Glad you found him apparently unharmed. Hopefully he will start building and be happy again. Meanwhile cover those overflows. I am convinced that jumping causes more blue's death than anything else.

| Ricordea | Re: The Bluespot Club Hey All! I've been watching Digger build away lately, and he's been busy. And it occured to me that he has at least 2 -3 "homes" now. When I first got him, I put a section of PVC buried under the sand bed and he took to it right away. It was his only home for awhile. Then about a month ago, he started to explore the tank more and also started to dig more burrows. Recently, his latest home was under a large rock that has 2 openings. This morning I noticed he is in another burrow on the side of the tank. How many does your blues' have? BTW, the PVC is still in the tank, but Digger seems to have abandoned it. Should I take it out, or leave it? |
