Acro polyps

Ok, we have some great photographers in here and some horrible ones (me )
I wanna see everyones shots of acro (or any sps for that matter) polyps polyp extension whatever. Heck, just some nice acros even

So everyone knows there is someone posting worse pictures than theirs I will post mine first

that there would be a frag, lol

not sure on the ID, Mike, i just liked the growth and for $20 @ the LFS i could live with it it is about 3-4" tall

no problem Mike

one question, with Millepora's, do all of them have to flowing polyps
the reason i ask, with what i think is a mille, has never had the flowing polyps they are just like all the other acro polyps, even @ night when they are fully extended and all the mille's i have seen, from frags to colonies have the long flowing polyps
just wandering

I think they are all capable of long polyp extension. The key is to give them TONS of flow. One time I moved it, where it didn't get near as much flow and it lost the long polyp over the course of a few weeks, but put it back in the highest flow spot in my tank, and within a week the polyp extension was back.
