Working on full ricordia tank in progress 75gl corner. Might be better described as a ricordia dominated corallimorpharian tank with a few odds and ends right now.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

I love Ricordia's. Awesome tank flricordia!

EMG, incredible growth! I really admire people who can keep pristine water conditions in small tanks like that and get that kind of growth.

They are all great So get your tank out of hiding and show it off. Everyone's tanks are a work in progress and that doesn't ever seem to change no matter what stage they are at. This should cheer you up, here is what my tank looked like 3 years ago when I first set it up (can you tell I still had a FW tank mentality?) I thought the red stuff on the sand was kind of cool(cyano) yes that is a plastic plantLOL

Current look(June 4 2007.
I'll have to say the plastic plant is a sexy touch. Good too look back on the early times, eh?

Re: The Full Tank Shot Thread!!!

Ok I'll toss mine in here... gonna do something like some others have and post a couple of first shots and a current one...

10g started in January 2007

Here it is after a couple of weeks (notice LOTS of live stock and corals... but NO NO)

Getting more mature and filling up... too much really

Last night.. showing the Frag Racks (they shouldn't be on the FRONT GLASS)

It's a work in progress at best...

Thank you Bittner...(my son had a 4th grade teacher named Mr Bittner )

The secret may very well be weekly water changes. I use tap water and I don't have a skimmer on either tank. I don't know what the tds is of my tap...but it must be pretty low. We get water from a community aquifer.

I resized the FTS of my 46g. The tiny shot doesn't give much detail.
