    My "reef" habit

    Been a while since I posted so I thought I'd show a full frontal shot of my tank for a change. I'm not sure I have ever shown it here. As you can see it's getting a bit crowed. Thanks for looking.

    Looks great. Whats your secrets?
    265 Gallon Reef built into basement wall. Lighting = 6x250 watts MH, 2x96 watt PC ,and 2x140 watt VHO for a total watt of 1,972 watts . New addition on 4-14-07 of 100 gallon sump and 100 gallon refugium. I think I have lost my mind. Gotta love this hobby Vicki

    Are you using a calcium reactor ?
    I plan to get a ca reactor ASAP as it gets to be a bit much to keep up with the dosing requirements.

    I hope this is okay to provide a link to a thread about my tank on another board. It's a Canadian site so hopefully it won't be viewed as a conflict of interest.
    I did a rather extensive write up for them so I apologize for this cop-out but my typing skills are not so great so this is the easiest way to provide all the details without having to retype a bunch of stuff. My tank photo on this Reef Sanctuary thread is more recent than the pictures I took in April for the May feature but I think you'll get the idea.
