| Bryozoan | Sick Mushroom I have a couple for green stripe mushrooms that have been doing great but then all of a sudden they look very limp and thier mouths are open. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be going on? I have tested my water and all is good.

| Do I look as lost as I am ![]() | Re: Sick Mushroom I hate to say this but you need to test your water and if your tests all come back "Normal" you need to get it tested. You've got several different things happening in your tank at once. Between the Euphie dieing back to skeleton and now your mushrooms not looking good you have something happening...

It's ALL gotta go!! Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change. Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian) This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%. | Bryozoan | Re: Sick Mushroom Big Al, You are absolutely right. I will take it to have it tested, maybe I am missing something. The crazy thing is I should know that. I guess sometimes it just takes someone from the outside looking in to remind us what we should know. Thanks again |
