![]() This is pink colt: ![]() Hard to tell until it opens up fully. I would leave it poked in the hole if it is staying there... they are super hard to get to attach. A big slimeball... Very pretty coral though! lol. Jason

Make sure you pick it off.... Outside the tank. then give it a rinse before you put it back in. (In SW). If you pop the bubbles in the tank, the stuff will spread. Jason

| Golden Moray | Re: New corals have arrived! Pictures! Thanks! lol. The dip is just to remove any liquid "spores" that may be left behind on the coral when the bubble algae breaks open. It will help to keep it from spreading.. Oh yeah, trash the dip water when you are done. Jason

| Ricordea | Re: New corals have arrived! Pictures! Can't wait to see more pics in the next few days. That is kinda jacked up about the caulerpa. I know it is only a matter of time before it takes over my tank. I wish I would have gone with something else. Glad someone already warned you. |

| Manta Ray | Re: New corals have arrived! Pictures! In general, I like your corals...I sure hope you are nudi-less. I also use Furan 2 for dipping (and after fragging) zoas...I hear that as long as you do not have eggs, you are in a good place. Get to dipping and then keep a close eye on your tank for awhile. |

| Reef Lobster | Re: New corals have arrived! Pictures! Yeah the caulerpa I am still pretty upset about. The owner is supposed to call me today, the worst part is! He packaged it all!! I hope I am nudi-less to! I have to in and get that nasty bubble algae out, so I guess I can do the furan 2 then. Thanks for everyones comments I am very excited. Oh--the xenia did NOT make it. I was watching it last night, it's stalks just all started falling apart and floating around. It definately is a goner. |

| Reef Lobster | Re: New corals have arrived! Pictures! Sorry to hear about the xenia. Unless in is totally smegging out, I would leave it in the tank for a few days. Sometimes the base stalk will regrow new fingers. Here's a link to thread I started about my zoa's problems. Sick Zoo, Anyone ever seen this? I used 1 packet of API furan 2 to three cups of fresh salt water for 20 min. Did this 3 consecutive days and let it rest for 4 and did this for 3 weeks. Any new zoa's i get now get dipped one time for 20 min. before going into the tank. I didn't rinse them off either. they went right from the dip to the tank. I have read of some people treating whole tanks with the furan 2 but I have never tried it. After seeing how nice the zoa's that I did treat are looking, if there were a major outbreak in the tank I would not hesitate to give it a shot. |

| Reef Lobster | Re: New corals have arrived! Pictures! Thanks for the advice John. I just wrote a complaint to Yourreef.com. Another concern of mine...they didn't have the box marked living contents!!! That is basically giving them permission to throw the box around!!! I will let you all know where I get with my complaints. |
