what food/additives to buy?

right now I'm starting to stock my tank.. as of now I have 4 zoa frags, frogspawn and some shrooms and plan to add a open brain soon(and other good's).. what kinds of food/additives should I pick up to ensure good health for corals?

DT's Phyto Plankton, Rotifeast, Artic Pods, Coral Food, Oyster Eggs,

Calcium, MAgnisium, Alkalinity is all you need

thanks jack... I wasn't sure what to get.. I read a lot but most people had a heavy bio load and feeding a lot of the stuff to there tank.. me on the other hand have 1 fish and 6 frags, the fish eats very little (pallets and sometime mysis) which doesn't leave a whole lot for the zoa's, mushrooms and espically the frogspawn.. I was a lil concerned that those weren't getting enough to eat.. what kind of feeding schedule should I use when dosing with the items listed?
