I would like to add something like this to my tank. The polyps are each about 6-7 mm.

Looks similar to Sidestera radians My spelling may be a bit off.

I agree this is likely a worn down skeleton of a brain coral (Favites)

Thanks all.

I have this on a large piece of LR and I like the texture it gives to the rock. I would like to place the live version adjacent to it for realism.
