Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...(-NO3=WC%)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

these are cute! When i get my new powerbrites for the next tank, i should take you up on fragging those red zoa's! you are absolutely right on not being able to find them other places

Scott you missed these??? I'll tell you...THEY ARE HUGE NOW....that last pic was taken a few minutes ago....I just cleaned the tank out..so they are still kind of retracted

Definitely a shroom.Common name in the trade is Bubble Ricordea.They're easy to find from Florida suppliers.

yea, but they are NOT in the Ricordia Family.....they are more towards a rhodactis, and farther along those lines....

I have two of them. Mine are blue and purple. They are very different looking shrooms. I gave them to Megan, and now they are in her pico tank. They are a rhodactis and come from the carribean.
