That is a bright green Monti that has grown around the clam. I think they are permanent now! That one is not for fragging yet. It is a slow grower and i have yet to see how it will plate. If you look at the picture the places it bumps up are really caves under it. The anthias like to sleep in there.

It's good to know I'm always drawn to the same thing! Honestly, it is so beautiful. Well, that species is definitely on my shopping list when I'm ready to start buying corals. I know I've commented on it from a few different angles now without knowing I was doing so...LOL. I think that means I should have one in my tank, don't you?
